GUARANTEE &
RETURN POLICY
ActivaMune offers a 15-day
money-back guarantee. If within the first 15 days from the date of delivery
of ActivaMune, you decide to return an order for any reason, your credit
card will be fully credited for the amount of the purchase (excluding
shipping and handling fees).
The shipping and handling fee for the
US Monthly Convenience Program is $7.95 and is included in the price of the
program. The shipping and handling fee for the US & International Quarterly
Program is $14.95 and is included in the price of the program. The shipping
and hanlding fee for the US & International Annual Membership Program is
$24.95 and is included in the price of the program. Please note that if you order more than one bottle, only one bottle may be
opened during the 15-day money back guarantee period and we would expect to
receive the other bottles back from you in their original sealed conditions.
If more than one bottle is opened within the guarantee period, you will be
charged for the number of bottles that you opened beyond the first bottle.
If you sign up for the Monthly Convenience Program and cancel your
membership without receiving or
accepting a second bottle, you will be charged the difference for a single
bottle purchase upon your cancellation. If you sign up for the
International Quarterly Program and cancel your membership without receiving
or accepting a second shipment, you will be charged the difference for the
one-time International Package and the recurring Quarterly Program upon your cancellation. If you sign up for the International Annual Program
and cancel your membership without receiving or accepting a second shipment,
you will be charged the difference between ordering 12 individual bottles of ActivaMune plus shipping and handling and what you paid for the annual
program. For all returns, the
customer needs to place new postage on the package. We suggest returning the
package with tracking so that you know where it is in transit and when it
was received by our Customer Service Department. Returning the package to
the USPS without new postage may result in the package being discarded by
the USPS. Please write to
our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number. All returns with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be
received by our Customer Service Department within two weeks of the issuance
of the RWAN (four weeks for international returns). All packages received after that time-frame will be charged a
$10 late return fee. Please return the bottle with its unused contents and your RMAN to:

Cancellation of Recurring Orders
Customers who have signed up for
our recurring programs (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) and wish to opt out of
such programs may do so online by logging into their account and canceling
their recurring order. In order to log into your account through our secure
server, you need to have the last four digits of the credit card that you
used to make your purchase or your order number. If you wish to cancel your
recurring order prior to receiving a second package in this program you will
need to write to our customer service department.

Please note that if you opt out of a recurring program prior
to receiving a second package in this program you will be charged for the
shipping and handling of your first package as well as any discount that you
may have received on your first package for signing up for such a program.
If you return the second package to us and opt out of the program, you will
additionally be charged for the shipping and handling of your second
package.
If you would like our customer service department to cancel
your recurring order, please write to us (preferably via e-mail) by Noon (Pacific
Standard Time) of at least one business day in advance of your next
scheduled shipping date. Please note that official holidays or weekends do
not count as business days as our customer service department may not be
open during these times. Because our shipping department processes recurring
shipments prior to the opening of our customer service department in the
mornings, we are not able to accommodate cancellations of recurring orders
on the same day that the order goes through. In such circumstances,
customers will need to return the sent package back to us through our normal
return procedures described above. Shipping and handling charges for such
shipments will be deducted prior to any credits received by the customer.
Please note that the time of shipping notification via e-mail does not
necessarily coincide with the actual time of shipping. Most shipments are
first processed and shipped and then notifications are e-mailed out
individually to our customers. If
a cancellation request is received prior to the shipment of a second package
within our recurring program, or if the customer returns the second package
within their recurring program, per our policies explained above, additional
fees reflecting savings that were received through the recurring programs
will also be charged to the customer's account. There are no charges or
penalties for canceling recurring orders after a customer receives at least
two packages within any of these recurring programs (monthly, quarterly,
annual). All charges and penalties for orders cancelled before the second
shipment in our recurring programs are limited to the difference in the
price of our bottles sold on a one-time basis with shipping and handling
fees and the savings offered to customers who enroll in the recurring
programs.
