ActivaMune offers
a 15-day money-back guarantee. If within the first 15 days from the date of
delivery of ActivaMune, you decide to return an order for any
reason, your credit card will be fully credited for the amount of
the purchase (excluding shipping and handling fees). The shipping and
handling fee for the Monthly Convenience Program is $6.95 and is included in
the price of the program. The shipping and handling fee for the International Annual Membership Program is $24.95 and is
included in the price of the 12 bottles. Please note that if you order more than one bottle, only one bottle may be
opened during the 15-day money back guarantee period and we would expect to
receive the other bottles back from you in their original sealed conditions.
If more than one bottle is opened within the guarantee period, you will be
charged for the number of bottles that you opened beyond the first bottle. Please write to
our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number. Return the bottle with its unused contents and your RMAN to:
